Work Experience at bKash
I did analysis on monthly customer and merchant base to choose right segments for win back, churn protection and service adoption in major services offered by bKash. I executed monthly campaigns of 3 major Mobile Network Operators : Grameenphone Limited, Robi Axiata Limited and Banglalink Digital Communication Limited from bKash end as well as planned campaigns specifically for bKash users. I worked with relevant teams to make the process swift and automated reducing 65% configuration time.
Utility Bill Payment
I executed major Utility Bill Payment campaigns supporting bKash to position strongly in Utility Bill Payment Service. In 2021, bKash won Innovation Award for Pay Bill service. Significant of the campaigns are Every Minute Winner Campaign, Free Bill Payment Campaign and Save Biller Campaign. As Utility Bill Payment users constitute a large portion in bKash base, it was important to ensure monthly retention of users.
Cash Out and Send Money
Campaigns and Projects
Apart from major services Mobile Recharge and Utility Bill Payment, other significant services I worked with are Cash Out, Send Money and Cash In. I executed successful Cash Out Campaign during Ramadan 2022. I was part of Priyo Agent feature launch project as well as looked after Priyo Number feature.
I handled Merchant portfolio where I had to restructure field force as well as change merchant product pricing and limits as per business goal of 2022. I collaborated with teams to updated merchant products' communication materials as well as planned channel campaigns for merchants to escalate merchant payment adoption and merchant acquisition.
